Our Napa Valley Chardonnay is a crisp and nuanced expression of the varietal that exhibits aromas of lemon zest, green apple, melon and a hint of pineapple. A lush mouth-feel is balanced by bright acidity, while classic flavors linger and evolve with time in the mouth. 

Grapes were hand-harvested at 3:00 AM on the morning of September 9^th from the cool, breezy Carneros region of southern Napa Valley and were then delivered to the winery.  Here they were cold pressed, settled, and fermented in French oak barrels, 25% of which were new. After a partial malo-lactic fermentation was arrested at 30% completion, the barrels were stirred weekly for ten weeks before the wine was settled, racked off of the lees, and bottled in July of 2014.
