The Art of the Blend
This was so much fun last year, we had to do it again! A dozen curious and adventurous Summit Circle members joined Steve Pride and Matt Ward for a hands-on exploration of the art and science of wine blending. Armed with the same tools the professionals use, each guest calculated, measured, blended, and tasted their way to their own unique cuvée. It was fun, but also very serious business from the looks on the faces of the novice winemakers. A lovely lunch from Bottega followed on the Summit terrace, accompanied by some beautiful wines pulled from the Pride family cellar.
