An Exploration of Food and Wine Pairings with Chef Gary Penir

Enjoying a nice meal often involves choosing the right wine, but how do the best food and wine pairings really work? Steve Pride and renowned local Chef Gary Penir have designed this evening's multi-course small-plate dinner to allow an exploration of distinct food and wine combinations with the goal of learning what works – and what doesn't. Each course will be served with three thoughtfully chosen wines designed to stretch your palate as you determine which pairings you like best. Interactive group discussions follow each course, while one of our favorite musicians adds to the evening's ambiance. Whether you're an oenophile or a gastronome, this immersive experience will leave you with a newfound appreciation for beautiful marriages of wine and food.
